National Food Strategy Part 2: reaction The report, which was published today (15 July) makes a total of 14 recommendations to Government​​, including a salt and sugar tax on processed products and foods sold through foodservice channels. Henry Dimbleby - author of the 290 page document - has provoked a range of responses, a selection of which are outlined below.
