Especially given the perpetually confusing state of USB-C charging standards.
Before you rush out to buy a new charger, we’ve tested a selection of older smartphone plugs and a host of newer third-party chargers to help inform your decision. Here’s everything you need to know about buying the perfect Samsung Galaxy S21 charger.
A new company called Metalenz says it will revolutionize smartphone cameras with its proprietary tech.
The company’s tech can replicate today’s multi-lens smartphone camera systems using just one lens.
If it’s everything the company says it is, it has the potential to substantially reduce the thickness of rear camera bumps on phones.
One thing we’ve all noticed as the years go on is how huge camera bumps are nowadays. Although companies are coming up with clever ways to make them seem smaller (such as Samsung’s sorta-side-mounted modules on the Galaxy S21 series), they will always be limited by physics.

Huawei has endured US sanctions for almost two years now, with one of the biggest side-effects being that its recent phones completely lack Google integration.
This means that phones like the Huawei P40 series and Mate 40 line lack Google Play Services, the Google Play Store, and a host of other Google apps. The lack of Google Play Services in particular means that even some third-party apps (e.g. Uber, Snapchat) won’t work properly.
