Prosecutors will retry Watertown man charged in fatal fender-bender shooting A mistrial was declared earlier this month after a jury couldn t reach a verdict. Author: Ramsey County Jail The Ramsey County Attorney s Office will retry a Watertown man who is accused of shooting another man after a fender bender in St. Paul last May.  Anthony Trifiletti, 25, is charged with second-degree murder in connection to the May 1, 2020, killing of Douglas Cornelius Lewis, 39, near the intersection of Highway 61 and Burns Avenue in St. Paul.  A mistrial was declared earlier this month after the jury couldn t come to a verdict. On Monday, the Ramsey County Attorney s Office said in a news release it would be retrying the case.
