The conversations, through tapped mobile phones of members of the deactivated Lava Jato judicial operation, were obtained by Lula s defense after a Lewandowski´s ruling. In a note sent to the superior court judge, Lula´s attorneys submitted copies of messages and said Moro had acted during the very preparation of the complaint and demanded satisfaction on the advance of MPF (Federal Public Ministry) appeal .
