But it’s really a lesson for everyone: Sometimes, technology isn’t our friend. For folks at the Advance/SILive.com, Monday was one of those days Mentoring Monday, to be more specific, a program where business professionals – all women – advise any woman looking for career advice on a Monday morning in February. This was the second year we sponsored the event. Last year, it was in-person and a runaway success. Then, about 125 showed up for advice from about 60 women who achieved success in their businesses.
