STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. A 19-year-old man has been charged with firing a gun into a car in Mariners Harbor in September, killing one man and wounding another.
Godkhaliq Daugherty, of the 200 block of Park Hill Avenue in Clifton, stands accused in the deadly assault on Sept. 14 at about 1 p.m. near the corner of Richmond Terrace and Lockman Avenue.

SARANAC LAKE Adirondack Medical Center was highlighted on Monday, Jan. 4 as one of the highest-performing hospitals in the state for distributing vaccines.
