RICHMOND HILL, Ga. (WTOC) - The 2021 Great Ogeechee Seafood Festival date and location was approved Tuesday night by Richmond Hill City Council.
The Richmond Hill-Bryan County Chamber of Commerce’s request to use J.F. Gregory Park for the festival the weekend of Oct. 15-17 was approved without any opposition from council during the meeting.
Council also approved the Chamber’s request to sell beer and wine at the festival on Friday, Oct. 15 and Saturday, Oct. 16. No alcohol will be sold at the festival on Sunday.

RICHMOND HILL, Ga. (WTOC) - The 2021 Great Ogeechee Seafood Festival date and location was approved Tuesday night by Richmond Hill City Council.
The Richmond Hill-Bryan County Chamber of Commerce’s request to use J.F. Gregory Park for the festival the weekend of Oct. 15-17 was approved without any opposition from council during the meeting. According to the council meeting agenda, a COVID-19 executive order condition will be in place.
Council also approved the Chamber’s request to sell beer and wine at the festival on Friday, Oct. 15 and Saturday, Oct. 16. No alcohol will be sold at the festival on Sunday.

The Richmond Hill Bryan County Chamber of Commerce will host its March Business After Hours on Thursday, March 18 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Bodaford Realty located at 10221 Ford Ave Ste. 3 in Richmond Hill.
Chamber members and their guests are invited to enjoy an evening of networking, appetizers, beer, wine and drinks. There will be door prizes, such as two rounds of golf for four players at the Richmond Hill Golf (value of $250) and a gift card to Palm Salons hair salon to name a few. You can also have a chance at the Chamber’s 50/50 cash drawing.

Looking for a sign life is returning to normal? Organizers have set Oct. 15-17 as the date of the 21st Annual Great Ogeechee Seafood Festival, if the show can go on by then.
Richmond Hill Bryan County Chamber of Commerce CEO Kathryn Johnson said the chamber’s board of directors set the date to begin preparations for the GOSF, and will make a final decision on whether to hold the festival will be made in June.
