(WWBT) - One of the few good things about 2020 was that Richmond Animal Care and Control has nearly all of their kennels empty. But in true giving fashion, they’re now looking for your help to fill them back up with animals who are truly in need. RACC is assembling a team of volunteers to go across the country and help shelters that are overwhelmed with dogs and cats. They’ll bring them back here to Richmond for the chance to get adopted.
