A 34-year-old Kennewick man is behind bars, and off the roads, after a multi-jurisdictional pursuit early Thursday morning. Kennewick Police didn t list some specifics of the case but said they were attempting to stop  Alexander Edwards who was in possession of a stolen vehicle. KPD didn t say how long the pursuit lasted but indicated Edwards at one point abandoned the vehicle and fled on foot. With help from Benton County Deputies, the Washington State Patrol, and Richland Police, they were able to locate and arrest Edwards. After a lengthy search, he was located but refused to follow commands; to the point where a Taser was deployed.
