The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes has emerged from a $30 million renovation led by Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA). The comprehensive refresh was focused on accommodations, as well as the property’s luxury pool and club lounge. “The design concept for this project was to capture a sunny Sunday Morning mood,” says HBA Miami partner Cristian Rubio, “a notion that goes beyond a typical ‘homey feel’ to bring in light, comfort, warmth, and colors creating a space where guests feel relaxed, refreshed, and rested.”
All 582 guestrooms and suites were revamped in homage to the lush natural splendor of the hotel’s setting. The FESTIVALS OF SPEED Motorsports Gathering is back after being dormant for almost a full year due to COVID-19. The first two events of 2021 will be St. Petersburg and Orlando. Events will feature a wide variety of vintage and contemporary exotic, classic and American muscle cars. ORLANDO, Fla. The St. Petersburg event will take place Sunday, February 21st in Vinoy park overlooking the bay and the Orlando event will take place Sunday, March 14th at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande lakes. They didn t win, but Tiger Woods and his son Charlie certainly stole the show at this weekend s father-son golf tournament.
Tiger and his 11-year-old son took part in the PNC Championship at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando this weekend.
The pair scored -20 in the 36-hole tournament but only finished seventh. Justin Thomas and his father Mike won the event by one shot over Vijay and Qass Singh.
Charlie looked a lot like dad when he scored an eagle using just his own shots. The two-under score happened on the par five third hole.
