Supertech to deliver 7,000 delayed flats in 2021 as UP RERA imposed penalty

“We will clear the backlog this year and will update RERA every month about the status. In January, the company has given delivery of 305 Units of which, 72 units are in Noida, 147 are in Greater Noida, 12 in Yamuna Expressway and the remaining in other locations,” said RK Arora, chairman of Supertech group.
On Wednesday, UPRERA reviewed the status of compliance of its orders issued in complaints related to Supertech Projects.
NEW DELHI: Realty developer Supertech said that it will deliver 7,000 flats to homebuyers which were delayed due to fund constraints and COVID induced lockdown. The developer has informed the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) of Uttar Pradesh, who will monthly review the delivery status of Supertech projects.
