The development, implementation and maintenance of privacy policies and procedures, investigation and tracking of privacy incidents to comply with HIPAA, CCPA, GDPR and other applicable state/federal/international laws.
Support the objectives of the Global Privacy Office.
Working with/enabling our Transformation Programs (Connected/Evolve).
Partnering with the data governance and security teams to enable consistent processes and workflow as it relates to global privacy and protection procedures and guidelines.
Be able to execute job responsibilities independently and with the understanding of how the output will affect other operational areas as it relates to data privacy and protection.
Holyoke schools receive $750,000 Barr Foundation grant for leadership training

HOLYOKE The Barr Foundation awarded the Holyoke Public Schools a $750,000 grant to boost leadership development in the district.
In a statement, Acting School Receiver Anthony Soto said the district will partner with Relay Graduate School of Education, Veritas Prep Holyoke and Veritas Prep Charter School in Springfield for the initiative. He thanked the foundation for its ongoing support.
“It is a wonderful opportunity for leaders in the region to learn from each other, as well as from other leaders across the country through the work with Relay as our leadership development partner,” Soto stated.

In 2019, the voters of Denver were led to believe they had “flipped” the Denver Public School Board. Progressive activists worked tirelessly to elect three new School Board Members promising a progressive new direction in contrast to their predecessors who sought to privatize the District and run DPS like a corporation.
That is what makes the DPS Board’s selection of the Alma Advisory Group as the recruiting firm to identify candidates to replace recently resigned Superintendent Susana Cordova puzzling.
Shortly after last Friday’s announcement, I began looking into Alma’s history of involvement with other organizations in national education advocacy, and the results of my research show the firm’s deep ties to the national movement to privatize public education.
