The Queen, 94, loves to travel by the Royal Train but it is claimed she insists on knowing the departure time of the train in order to avoid fines. ITV Royal Rota s Chris Ship and Lizzie Robinson discussed how the monarch can be fined heavily by Network Rail for delaying trains on the network. It comes as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge embarked on a 1,250-mile journey across the UK earlier this week using the Queen s train.

The Queen has already unveiled her impressive Christmas tree, but Royal fans are still noticing brilliant details about her festive decorations.
After Prince William and Kate Middleton showed off their festive interiors update and admitted their Christmas plans were currently still up in the air, the pair enjoyed a royal engagement with the Queen. And while the Royals were treated to a Christmas carol performance by the Regent Hall Band of the Salvation Army, it was the Queen s Christmas decoration that caught everyone s attention.
