When booked about 10 a.m. Saturday, Goodnight-Bey was preliminarily charged with Level 6 felony operating while intoxicated with a prior conviction, Level 6 felony operating while intoxicated with passengers younger than 18, Level 6 felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor driving with a suspended license.
