Cleveland, OH - A man wanted out of Ohio for allegedly making a terroristic threat was taken into custody across state lines in Pennsylvania.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, Kris Kinsey was arrested last week in Bucks County, Pa. on a felony warrant issued in Ohio.
Municipal court records filed in Elyria show that the warrant stems from a felony charge of “making a terroristic threat.”
Kinsey is accused if making online threats directed at notable Democrats, including President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf.
Kinsey was arraigned at a Pennsylvania district court and was initially booked at the Bucks County Correctional Facility on a $4.6 million bond.

BENSALEM, PA Police arrested a Maryland man in Bucks County on Saturday after they say they found $1.6 million worth of methamphetamine in a hidden, booby-trapped compartment in his SUV.
Jerimias Donis-Garcia, 54, was arrested during a traffic stop on Street Road. Police say Donis-Garcia had been the target of a long-term narcotics investigation.
According to police, he was driving a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer with Florida registration plates on Saturday when he was stopped. During the stop, police say, officers used police dogs to alert them to the presence of drugs.

They got a search warrant and say they ultimately found a booby-trapped, hidden compartment beneath the SUV s rear passenger seats. In it, they say, police found eight kilos, or roughly 15 pounds, of meth.
BENSALEM, Pennsylvania (WPVI) Bucks County District Attorney Matt Weintraub announced charges Friday in the November 2, 2020 murder of Dr. James Sowa.
Weintraub said 22-year-old Joseph Robert O Boyle, of Bensalem, has been charged with one count of criminal homicide, burglary, criminal trespass, and possession of an instrument of crime.
Authorities said O Boyle entered Sowa s chiropractic office and hit him on the back of the head with a blunt object, and beat his jaw with an object.
Sowa s records showed O Boyle had been a patient of his in September 2020, and witnesses testified O Boyle was upset about the treatment he received that day for jaw pain.

BENSALEM, PA A Bensalem man beat a local chiropractor to death after becoming obsessed with him and blaming him for treatment he believed made pain in his jaw worse, according to prosecutors.
Joseph Robert O Boyle, 22, of Bensalem, has been charged with criminal homicide, burglary, criminal trespass and possession of an instrument of crime in the Nov. 2 slaying of James Sowa. Bucks County District Attorney Matthew Weintraub announced the charges on Friday.

A 24-year-old Virginia man lead a wild police pursuit in a dump truck he stole moments after trying to force a woman out of her car while stopped at a red light in Bucks County, authorities said Wednesday.
Newtown Township and Lower Makefield police officers responded to a report of a motor vehicle theft on Jan. 5, around 10:50 p.m, at the intersection of the Newtown Bypass and Lindenhurst Road, authorities said.
The suspect was later identified as Joseph Anthony Gonzalez, police said.
Gonzalez, originally from Ruckersville, Virginia, had caused a disturbance in a nearby BB&T Bank before walking over to the intersection of the Newtown Bypass and tried to forcibly remove a woman from her vehicle while she was stopped at a red light, authorities said.
