Elyria Man Wanted for Terroristic Threats Arrested in Pennsylvania

By Steve Bailey Jan 20, 2021 Cleveland, OH - A man wanted out of Ohio for allegedly making a terroristic threat was taken into custody across state lines in Pennsylvania. According to the Pennsylvania State Police, Kris Kinsey was arrested last week in Bucks County, Pa. on a felony warrant issued in Ohio. Municipal court records filed in Elyria show that the warrant stems from a felony charge of “making a terroristic threat.” Kinsey is accused if making online threats directed at notable Democrats, including President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf. Kinsey was arraigned at a Pennsylvania district court and was initially booked at the Bucks County Correctional Facility on a $4.6 million bond.

Weintraub said 22-year-old Joseph Robert O Boyle, of Bensalem, has been charged with one count of criminal homicide, burglary, criminal trespass, and possession of an instrument of crime. Authorities said O Boyle entered Sowa s chiropractic office and hit him on the back of the head with a blunt object, and beat his jaw with an object. Sowa s records showed O Boyle had been a patient of his in September 2020, and witnesses testified O Boyle was upset about the treatment he received that day for jaw pain.

Newtown Township and Lower Makefield police officers responded to a report of a motor vehicle theft on Jan. 5, around 10:50 p.m, at the intersection of the Newtown Bypass and Lindenhurst Road, authorities said. The suspect was later identified as Joseph Anthony Gonzalez, police said. Gonzalez, originally from Ruckersville, Virginia, had caused a disturbance in a nearby BB&T Bank before walking over to the intersection of the Newtown Bypass and tried to forcibly remove a woman from her vehicle while she was stopped at a red light, authorities said.
