TROY, N.Y. â Troy police confirm they ve made a second arrest in connection with the shooting death of Zeondre Domingo, 23, of Troy. This comes nearly a week after police announced the arrest of Nahsone Pinn, 20, of Troy, in connection with the homicide.
Domingo was shot and killed in the early evening of Aug. 17 near the intersection of Adams and 4th streets. Detectives devoted much time and effort to this investigation and with the aid of partner law enforcement agencies built a solid case to present to the district attorney.

The Rensselaer County District Attorneyâs Office presented the case to a grand jury resulting in the Indictment of a second participant that was 17 at the time of the crime. He is from Troy and is already in custody on an unrelated charge. The teen male was arrested and processed on these new charges at a youth facility in Western New York.

On Nov. 8, a female victim reported to the Troy police detectives that she had been sexually assaulted on Nov. 3 at the Best Western Hotel in Troy by Kenneth J. Zeoli, 25, of Cohoes.
After a thorough probe, the case was presented to a grand jury by the Rensselaer County District Attorneyâs Office. A three count indictment warrant was issued for Zeoli.
On Dec. 10, around 3:15 p.m., Zeoli was spotted by detectives in the area of Middleburgh Street and 6th Avenue in Troy. Zeoli was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Troy police station for processing.

TROY – A 21-year-old Barker Park activist who has alleged he was abused by police was arrested Thursday afternoon on a Rensselaer County grand jury indictment warrant for felony sexual assault charges, city police said.
Kenneth J. Zeoli of Cohoes faces charges of first-degree rape, first-degree sexual assault and second-degree strangulation for an alleged sexual assault of a woman on Nov. 3, police said. The woman reported on Nov. 8 that she had been sexually attacked, police said.
“After a through investigation, the case was presented to a grand jury by the Rensselaer County District Attorney’s Office,” the report released by Deputy Chief Dan DeWolf Thursday. The statement said “an indictment warrant was issued” for Zeoli’s arrest on the three charges.
TROY, N.Y. â Rensselaer County District Attorney, Mary Pat Donnelly announced that her office has received another year of funding for the Rensselaer County Re-entry Task Force.
The $111,014 grant award disseminated by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services will assist the District Attorneyâs Office with reducing offender recidivism.
âThe RTF grant renewal and our partners at the Division of Criminal Justice Services once again support our efforts to maintain and enhance the systems for offenders as they return to their communities,â Donnelly explained.
