INDVR Brands or INDVR ), a premier cannabis brand, consolidator and edibles retailer, announces it has published its Financial Statements and MD&A for the 12 months ended January 31, 2021. The Financial Statements and accompanying MD&A are available on SEDAR.
INDVR has also granted, effective after market close on May 29, 2021, an aggregate of 8,550,000 stock options (each, an Option ) to certain executive, board member and consultants of the Company in accordance with the Company s stock option plan.
Each Option is exercisable for one Class A Subordinate Voting Shares share in the capital of the Company (a Share ) at a price of $0.065 per Share, being the closing price of the Shares on the Canadian Stock Exchange (CSE) on May 29, 2021. The state government has rolled out a $250.7 million package to support Victorian businesses hit by the latest snap lockdown.
The $250.7 million Circuit Breaker Business Support Package will be allocated to up to 90,000 Victorian businesses affected by the lockdown restrictions running until Thursday night, including three initiatives for small to medium-sized businesses and sole traders.
The new package has built on around $6 billion in support the Victorian government has given to businesses through the pandemic, including three rounds of the Business Support Fund.
Almost $200 million ($190 million) has been wheeled towards a second round of the government’s Business Costs Assistance Program.
