Feb 1, 2021 As if it s not great enough that school is cancelled, as in NO REMOTE DAY, just a pure school day off, Superintendent Rydell Harrison of Region 9 (Easton/Redding) took it a step further. He sang a snow day song to the tune of Can t Stop the Feeling by Justin Timberlake, complete with him playing in the snow, playing the piano and yes, he does all his own singing! Whether the kids appreciate it or not, this is the kind of human that you want in your kids lives. He obviously enjoys his job and is setting a great example for the kids on how they can learn AND have fun too!

The weather system had dumped up to 16 inches of snow on parts of the state by late Monday. “A lot of people were on the roads this morning, and I would tell you, head home,” said Gov.
