SIR – Labour has lost its raison d’être. This was to advance the interests of a social stratum called Labour, which was disadvantaged socially and economically with respect to the rest of society.
It was coupled with a dogma, derived from the 19th-century origins of socialism, that the economic interests of Labour were somehow different from the “capitalist class”. That has led the party to undervalue the importance of entrepreneurialism throughout its history. This dogma was expressed in the party’s former Clause Four, replaced in 1995.

But Grand Slam champion Sloane Stephens brought her own unique twist to her new collaboration with the now nearly 10-year-old swim brand.
The tennis pro integrated some of her favorite prints (like zebra), sultry silhouettes (cutout dresses), and sport elements (one-pieces you can move in) to her vibrant 23-piece swim and beachwear collection for the label. The pieces, photographed on the 28-year-old in a beautifully bougie setting by Ghanaian-American filmmaker and photographer Joshua Kissi, and styled by Ronald Burton, go on sale today and retail between $84 and $228. Days after her 9-year-old son was injured by classmates at Forest Elementary School in Des Plaines, a local woman led an anti-bullying protest at the campus Tuesday morning.

I m absolutely furious, Johnson said. We want change.
About 30 parents and students participated in Tuesday s demonstration on a corner at Forest and Fifth avenues. Wearing masks because of the COVID-19 pandemic, they chanted and waved signs with messages including Don t be a bully! and Honk against bullying.
