HRCU sponsors Banzai for elementary schools Staff Report ROCHESTER HRCU is bringing financial literacy education to more than 1,500 elementary students in the Rochester and Strafford school districts. Students at 8 Rochester elementary schools and 1 Strafford elementary school will now have free access to Banzai, an award-winning online program and content library that allows students to practice real-world finance using any internet-enabled device.
