The Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management said Thursday season beach passes will be available for purchase online starting next week.
People can buy resident, non-resident, or senior beach passes, as well as daily flex passes for one day parking beginning Tuesday.
The Department of Environmental Management said season passes for residents are $30 and $60 for non-residents. Residents 65 and older get a 50% discount. Season passes no longer require a physical pass to be placed on vehicle windshields as passes are now tied to an individual s license plate, noted the agency in a release Thursday.
