On Tuesday, the property was relisted in the Palm Beach Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service. The six-bedroom house and its two-bedroom guesthouse were developed on speculation by Todd Michael Glaser and a pair of investors. With 8,306 square feet, the house stands on a double lot that backs up to 175 feet along The Breakers’ golf course. The half-acre property is several blocks north of Royal Palm Way.
