Santa Fe New Mexico state health officials on Wednesday announced 83 additional COVID-19 cases and 1 death. As of today, there are 70 individuals hospitalized in New Mexico for COVID-19. This number may include individuals who tested positive for COVID-19 out of state but are currently hospitalized in New Mexico. This number does not include New Mexicans who tested positive for COVID-19 and may have been transferred to a hospital out of state.
Per the state Department of Health, the most recent cases are:
27 new cases in Bernalillo County
1 new case in Chaves County
2 new cases in Curry County
5 new cases in Doña Ana County

New Mexico COVID-19 Update July 3-6: 203 New Cases, Totaling 205,915 With 2 New Deaths And 195,126 Recovered
STATE News:
SANTA FE – New Mexico Department of Health officials have announced 203 new COVID-19 cases From July 3 through today.
Los Alamos County reports 2 new cases during the last four days bringing the total to 540 people who have tested positive for COVID-19. (County totals are subject to change upon further investigation and determination of residency of individuals positive for COVID-19.)
This update includes 2 new death in New Mexico July 3-6 related to COVID-19.
