Aditya Birla Group firm reported a 13.3 per cent rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 2,616.64 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 2,309.41 crore during the January-March quarter of the previous financial year.
Infosys: The co-founder of IT giant SD Shibulal purchased shares worth Rs 100 crore of the company through an open market transaction. Shibulal bought over 7.45 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 1,342.05 per share, valuing the transaction at Rs 100 crore, BSE block deal data showed.

DIIs sold equities worth Rs 708 cr
Net-net, foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) were buyers of domestic stocks to the tune of Rs 585.36 crore, data available with NSE suggested. DIIs, turned seller to the tune of Rs 707.69 crore, data suggests.

Rupee: The Indian rupee fell by 13 paise to close at 72.96 against the US currency on Monday, as investors appeared unsure amid lack of cues on the domestic and global front.
10-year bond: India 10-year bond yield dipped marginally 0.08 per cent to 5.97 after trading in 5.97 -5.99 range.

New Delhi: Gaming firm Nazara Technologies Rs 583-crore public issue will see sale of 52,94,392 equity shares by the promoters and existing shareholders. The company, backed by ace investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, is popularly known for its games on World Cricket Championship, Chhota Bheem and Motu Patlu series.
The company on Tuesday said it has mopped up a little over Rs 261 crore from from anchor investors ahead of its initial public offer, which opens for subscription on Wednesday.
The company s initial public offer (IPO) committee has decided to allocate 23,73,395 shares to 43 anchor investors at Rs 1,101 per piece. At this price, the firm has raised Rs 261.31 crore, Nazara Technologies informed BSE.

New Delhi: The IPO of Suryoday Small Finance Bank will open on Wednesday. The IPO comprises fresh issuance of 81,50,000 equity shares and an offer for sale of up to 1,09,43,070 equity shares by existing shareholders.
The small finance bank has proposed to utilise proceeds from the fresh issue towards augmenting its Tier-1 capital base to meet future capital requirements. Suryoday Small Finance Bank on Tuesday raised a little over Rs 170 crore from anchor investors ahead of an initial share-sale, which will open for public subscription on Wednesday.
