A greener future for Wandsworth. By Marysia Fanner-Brzezina. With Earth Day looming on Thursday 22nd April, a green new vision for the London Borough of Wandsworth is hoping to tackle the ever-present threats posed by climate change. In light of next week’s Earth Day, I though it prudent to reflect upon the work of Wandsworth Council’s green new vision for ensuring Wandsworth Borough plays its part in London’s attempts to tackle the pervading issues of climate change. Particular attention has been drawn to increasing Wandsworth Common’s biodiversity, Wandsworth walking and cycling infrastructure as well as supporting green homes install solar panels.
UK leaders and medical experts defend AstraZeneca jab as more countries pause use Sean Morrison UP NEXT
UK leaders and medical experts have defended the use of the AstraZeneca vaccine despite multiple European countries pausing its use due to concerns over possible adverse side effects.
Boris Johnson said there was “no reason at all” to stop the vaccine’s rollout and Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said she would accept her jab “without hesitation” when called on.
Northern Ireland’s chief medical officer Dr Michael McBride also urged people to retain confidence in the jab as he received his first dose of the AstraZeneca version on Monday.
The initial reports did get a seal of confirmation from Thomas “Hitman” Hearns, who was knocked out by Hagler during their monumental bout in 1985. The iconic boxer took to his official Instagram profile and shared that Hagler suffered a lot of health problems after taking the vaccine.
Hearns also asked his followers to pray for Hagler and his family. His post created a lot of panic among the media outlets and they quoted Hearns’ message to tell the world that Hagler died from the after-effects of the ‘vaccine’.

Green man traffic signal replaced by woman at pedestrian crossings in London
While some icons wear heels, others wear jackets and flat shoes
Why did the Londoner do a double-take as they crossed the road?
To look at the new traffic light designs of course.
Transport for London has unveiled a series of new icons at crossings across the capital.
Rather than the traditional image of a person wearing a dress to signify gender, the signals feature a range of women in different shapes and sizes.
The specially designed symbols veer away from the common narrow representations of women and showcase a range of females from high-heeled, bun wearing ladies to bobbed- haired, jacket-wearing individuals.
