Cullors has bought four homes since 2016 costing a grand total of $3.2 million, according to the New York Post. The most recent purchase was a $1.4 million home in Los Angeles’ Topanga Canyon neighborhood, and used a corporate entity under her control to make the purchase, celebrity real estate blog Dirt claimed.
Cullors owns two other homes in the Los Angeles area, the New York Post reported. The first is a $510,000 home in Inglewood that she purchased in 2016, and the other a $590,000 home purchased in 2018. Cullors also owns a $450,000 home near Atlanta, Georgia, according to the New York Post.
The revelations caused some activists to call for an audit of BLM to find out exactly where the organization’s money is going.
