The chase began at around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 300 block of Buck Road, or Route 372, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
Officers initially spotted Adamsâs Jeep parked near the Quarryville Library Center and determined that he had a warrant for his arrest for a traffic violation, police said. Adams quickly drove away when an officer approached the vehicle on foot, nearly striking the officer in the process.
