Mother of two young girls Kelly Walton lost her partner Lance Corporal Stjepan âRickâ Milosevic in an âinsiderâ assault in Afghanistan which claimed the lives of three Australian servicemen.
She says the only way she can think about the withdrawal of Australian forces from Afghanistan announced this week is with âdisappointment and angerâ. She spoke out after Prime Minister Scott Morrison followed the US lead and declared an end to the nationâs longest war with all Australian troops to be pulled back by September.
