Electronic music producer i o, real name Garrett Lockhart, died of natural causes, a coroner has ruled.
Lockhart passed away in November of last year, aged 30. The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner s report listed a thyroid condition called Hashimoto s thyroiditis as the cause of death. The condition is an autoimmune disorder that causes chronic inflammation of the thyroid gland. The report also says that Lockhart died at his home. Palmdale Man Identified After Being Killed In Fatal Agua Dulce Crash
A Palmdale man has been identified as the victim killed in a fatal Agua Dulce crash Wednesday morning.
Javier Ambriz Aguilar, 29, from Palmdale was killed in the crash, said Sarah Ardalani, spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner’s Office.
Around 6:10 a.m. Wednesday, first responders received reports of a traffic collision on the 12000 block of Sierra Highway in Agua Dulce, said Marvin Lim, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
“One patient was trapped and extricated from the vehicle and sent to the hospital,” Lim said.

A woman was found dead in a trash receptacle in Huntington Park, Calif., on Monday.
The woman is believed to be a 75-year-old missing person, the Los Angeles County Sheriff s Department revealed in a press release.
On Sunday, at around 10:30 p.m. police responded to a location on the 2500 block of Santa Ana Street in Huntington Park with regards to a report of a stolen vehicle.
The police then contacted the informant (resident) who stated their vehicle was missing along with a 75 year-old female family member, the press release stated.

An investigation is underway after the body of a 75-year-old woman was found in a trash receptacle in a park in Los Angeles.
Los Angeles County sheriff s deputies originally responded to reports of a stolen vehicle, which the owner said went missing along with a 75-year-old family member. Preliminary information revealed foul play at the location and a stolen vehicle/missing persons investigation was initiated, the Los Angeles County Sheriff s Department said in a statement, without clarifying further.
On Monday morning, the vehicle was located in the city of Rosemead, along with a male adult who is the son of the missing elderly female.
