A Wipeout contestant who died in November after completing the TV show s obstacle course suffered a heart attack, according to a coroner s report released Friday.
On Nov. 20, the show s production company, Endemol Shien North America, confirmed one of its contestants had died. We offer our heartfelt condolences to the family and our thoughts are with them at this time, it read.

Samuel Little, deemed the nation’s ‘most prolific serial killer’ by the FBI, has died

(LOS ANGELES) Samuel Little, the prolific serial killer who was serving three consecutive life sentences, is dead, authorities said Wednesday.
Little died at a hospital shortly before 5 a.m. local time, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation said in a statement. An official cause of death will be determined by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office. He was 80.
