Two brothers shot, 1 fatally at Lancaster home; suspects sought Published  LANCASTER, Calif. - Two brothers were wounded, one fatally, during a shooting on Sunday at a home in Lancaster that involved at least two gunmen.   The shooting was reported at 2:29 a.m. and occurred in the 400 block of West Avenue J-12, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff s Department Information Bureau.   Deputies responding to the location regarding an assault and gunshot victim call found two men suffering from gunshot wounds at the residence.   The first victim, a 26-year-old man, had been shot in the upper body and was rushed to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead. He was shot by a man in his 20s just outside the residence, officials said.

Authorities investigating deadly deputy-involved shooting in Lennox, nearby unrelated shooting in Inglewood City News Service LOS ANGELES COUNTY (CNS) Authorities were gathering clues Sunday in two separate, unrelated shootings that occurred near each other, one in the unincorporated Lennox area of Los Angeles County, where deputies shot an armed suspect to death, and the other in Inglewood, where another man was taken to an area hospital and died from his injuries. Two handguns were recovered at each location, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff s Department Information Bureau. In the initial dispatch, deputies were responding to a call regarding an assault with a deadly weapon at 6:50 p.m. Saturday in the 4400 block of 104th Street, Deputy Eric Ortiz said.
