Jul 15, 2021 Photo: L.A. County Sheriff s Department LANCASTER (CNS) - Authorities today circulated a photo of a 41-year-old woman with bipolar disorder who went missing in Lancaster. Cecilia Ceja was last seen late on the afternoon of July 7 in the 1300 Block of Avenue I, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff s Department. Ceja is Hispanic, 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds, with brown shoulder-length hair, hazel eyes and a tattoo of the words DJ Plebe on her right shoulder. She was last seen wearing a pink tube top and gray sweatpants. Anyone with information on Ceja s whereabouts was asked to contact the LASD Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500.
