New DHMs start Friday, bars to open

Read LLCHD’s full press release below: The Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD) today announced changes to the lthat will take effect at 12:01 a.m. Friday, December 18. The measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 will be in effect through January 15, 2021. The DHM changes will be discussed at the weekly COVID-19 briefing at 3:30 p.m. tomorrow. Restaurants, bars and other food service establishments: Alcohol sales for on-site consumption may resume for bars that do not sell food.

Five more COVID deaths in Lancaster County

(KLKN) – Officials with the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD) report five more COVID deaths for the county, bringing the community total to 126. The deaths included a man in his 80s, a man and woman in their 70s, and a man in his 60s who were all hospitalized, and a woman in her 60s who was in a long-term care facility Additionally,  190 COVID-19 cases were reported, pushing the community total to 20,314.
