As the third wave of COVID-19 rages on, city hall is considering offering a break to taxpayers who can’t pay their bills on time.
Council’s finance and administration committee is recommending the full council approve waiving the penalty on late payment of taxes for September and October 2021. The full city council is expected to vote on the matter next week.
