The mum of a man with long term mental health problems says she fears he will be lost in the system after the decision to scrap the community Supported Living Service (SLS) was announced.
The service is designed to help people with long-term mental health conditions or learning difficulties maintain independent lives and avoid them having to return to inpatient units.

Concerning themes have emerged over the past 12 months at the specialist hospital in Crown Street, Toxteth, which have led to serious consequences for patients.
