St. Luke s University Health Network has begun offering priority appointments to teachers eligible under Pennsylvania s Phase 1A vaccination plan. An argument between two Monroe County men on Tuesday evening ended with gunfire and one of the men dead, Pocono Township police report.
Jamaine Wilkins, 48, of Coolbaugh Township, was arrested and is charged with homicide, police said in a news release.
Prince X. Brown, 38, of Coolbaugh, was shot twice and was pronounced dead at a St. Luke’s University Health Network facility in the Stroud Township, police said.
Officers were dispatched at 6:25 p.m. to the Swiftwater Luxury Apartments at 1940 Route 611 in Pocono Township where they found Brown, a news release said.
