Driver was high when he struck woman in fatal Hellertown crash, police say Updated 9:21 AM; A Lower Saucon Township man is facing homicide by DUI and other charges in connection with a fatal crash where a woman died after being struck in broad daylight in a Hellertown crosswalk. Charges were filed Tuesday against Kenneth Schuebel, of the the 2000 block of Leithsville Road, but he was not yet arraigned as of Wednesday morning. Efforts to reach Schuebel were not successful. The 57-year-old Schuebel is facing eight counts stemming from the death of 74-year-old Frances Miller last June, including homicide by vehicle, homicide by vehicle while DUI and involuntary manslaughter, court records show.
