NEW ORLEANS (press release) – Copeland’s of New Orleans has launched its Local Catch promotion featuring fresh, made from scratch recipes. “We use local suppliers from all around Louisiana to bring us the freshest ingredients available,” said Al Copeland, Jr. “This year we partnered with Louisiana Seafood Board to shine attention on our local purveyors and help keep local Louisiana businesses top of mind.” Last year Copeland’s of New Orleans spent $3.8 million supporting local venders around Louisiana. “The Copeland’s family has celebrated Louisiana’s farmers, fishers, and producers from the first day they opened their doors,” said Lieutenant Governor Billy Nungesser. “They have worked with many of the same families for generations and continue those relationships today.”
