JACKSON, Ky. When the Breathitt County High School gym opened its doors to evacuees Monday, people came in wet and freezing after wading through water to leave their homes.  The first thing on the agenda was to get them in dry clothes, said Margaret Henson, one of the five people running the temporary shelter.  In the Breathitt County city of Jackson, state officials issued evacuation orders Tuesday evening for those living near the Panbowl Lake dam, but by Wednesday, the high water throughout the area had begun to recede. But homes remained ravaged and folks displaced.  When the flooding first hit, Henson said people quickly donated money, clothes, food   from homemade dinners to McDonald s and volunteers got to work sorting piles of donations and getting them to people in need.
