Jack Harlow s DJ Charged in Fatal Shooting

The “WHATS POPPIN” rapper was seen on video near O’Bannon in the nightclub during the shooting, reports WDRB News. The footage appears to show a disagreement getting physical before a single shot was fired. O’Bannon is expected to plead not guilty to the charges. “I’m confident he’ll be exonerated,” his attorney, Rob Eggert, told WDRB. The victim’s family members were upset with the club for letting O’Bannon in the building. “They knew there had been an altercation prior to this with this same DJ, so he was not supposed to be allowed back in the club,” said Nash’s mother, Kathy Davis. “… I felt like he should have been removed or they should have taken my daughter and told her to go home.”
