ACCORDING TO METRO PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR VANESSA BURNS, MAIN ROADS HAVE BEEN THE FOCUS, AND MOST ARE NOW IN GOOD CONDITION. I THINK WE HAVE GOT TO BE HONEST.
