Chehalis restaurant hit with temporary restraining order

Spiffy s, a restaurant in Chehalis, has been hit with a temporary restraining order for offering indoor dining in violation of Washington state s COVID-19 restrictions, court documents say.
The restaurant has already tallied $145,000 in fines and could face criminal charges if it continues to defy the restrictions, according to Lewis County Superior Court.
Tim Church, a spokesman for the Department of Labor and Industries, told McClatchy News the restraining order was served Monday.
