Bebee crashed into a white Cadillac SRV driven by Judith Terraza, 49, of Mulberry. Bebee, who was not wearing a helmet, was ejected from the motorcycle and into the southbound lanes of SR 37.
A PCSO deputy who witnessed the crash began life-saving measures on Bebee while Polk County Fire Rescue was dispatched to the scene. Bebee was transported to Lakeland Regional Health, where he died.
Terraza, who was wearing a seatbelt, was not injured.
SR37 at Shepherd Road was closed for approximately three hours during the investigation. Detectives learned Bebee didn t have a motorcycle endorsement and that the bike was stolen.
