Pablo Campus, 130 Pablo St., Lakeland Lake Miriam Urgent Care, 4710 S. Florida Ave., Lakeland PCR testing, or nasal swab testing, is offered through Lakeland Region Health s drive-thru testing center located in the D-E parking garage of its main campus, located at 1324 Lakeland Hills Blvd. Testing is available by appointment only by calling 863-413-5907. Appointments are usually available within 24 hours.  Pediatric testing, for children age 17 and younger, is offered at the Children s Emergency Department. A doctor s order is required. Call 863-687-1203 to schedule an appointment.  Additional COVID testing sites in Lakeland and across Polk County can be found through Florida Department of Health s website at floridahealthcovid19.gov/testing-sites.
