Nature Medicine that
used NanoString’s GeoMx® Digital Spatial Profiler (DSP) and the new Whole Transcriptome Atlas (WTA) to profile sarcoma tissue. The research was led by a team from the Broad Institute in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
