The Pacers wrap up their season series with the Pistons on Saturday night looking for a win to sweep the three-game series for the year.
Nothing is easy for the Pacers at this point with and extended injury list that has their front court in shambles. The team picked up G-League big man Amida Brimah on Friday but at this point it looks like JaKarr Sampson and Oshae Brissett will have to do the heavy lifting up front against a Pistons team that arguably has too much front court depth in the playing rotation.

It’s hard to make sense of the Indiana Pacers this season. They’ll win 7 of 10 and then go on a four-game losing skid. Their last three losses Clippers, Jazz, Hawks. Last three wins Thunder, Rockets, Grizzlies. Seems like they are a good bad team or a mediocre team that can’t do much to overcome the injury bug. That’s the kind of team that can click on all cylinders against an overmatched team like Detroit. Or they might just not show up at all and get run off the court.
