Feb. 20—At a time when relief matters in any form, Duluth-area labor unions are conducting a free-food giveaway open to everyone Thursday at 11:30 a.m. at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center. Attendees will receive a 30-pound box of food. The event, dubbed "Truckload of Food," runs as long as supplies last. A drive-through pickup loop will be arranged in the DECC parking lot, at 350 .
