Anthony Williams, 27, is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds, according to a Marshal’s media release. His last known address was near the 9600 block of Fuller Avenue. The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to Williams’ capture, the release said.

Staff reports What we know in the Mansfield-area missing person case: Melinda Kay (Clark) Davis, 33, of Shelby, was last seen around 7:20 a.m. Feb. 25 driving her black 2013 Volkswagen Jetta with Ohio plates JGZ8921 near Shelby High School.  Law-enforcement officials did not offer much more information at a Monday news conference. Richland County Prosecutor Gary Bishop said Davis body was taken to Montgomery County for an autopsy.  He said it was too early to elaborate on cause of death, motive, or most details in the case. such as how long the car was in Galloway.  Tiffany Kyser, who lives in Lehnert Green apartments where Davis car and body were found, said Monday she had noticed the Jetta in the parking lot, and the black 2013 Jetta was in the background of a video she took on Feb. 27.
