Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Anthony Williams. Williams is wanted by the Drug Enforcement Agency and the US Marshals Service for the manufacture, distribution, and possession of a controlled substance. Williams, 27, is a black male, standing approximately 5 feet 10 inches and weighing 190 pounds. Williams’s last known address is near the 9600 block of Fuller Ave, Cleveland. Mansfield, Ohio – The Richland County Sheriff Steve Sheldon, Shelby Police Chief Lance Combs, and United States Marshal Pete Elliott announce the arrest of John Henry Mack Jr.
Mack was wanted by the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for the kidnapping of 33-year-old Melinda Kay Davis. A warrant for his arrest was issued on February 26, Ms. Davis has not been seen or heard from since February 25.
Early this evening, law enforcement received information that Mack Jr. was in the Mansfield area. Officers from the NOVFTF, Richland County Sheriff’s Office and the Mansfield Police Department all responded to the area of East 1st St. and South Adams St. and arrested Mack without incident.

MANSFIELD, Ohio (WOIO) - The ex-boyfriend accused of kidnapping 33-year-old Melinda Kay Davis of Shelby is behind bars while she is still missing.
The Richland County Sheriff Steve Sheldon, Shelby Police Chief Lance Combs, and United States Marshal Pete Elliott confirmed John Henry Mack Jr. was arrested on Thursday.
Mack was wanted by the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for Davis’ kidnapping and has had a warrant out for his arrest was since Feb. 26.
