Chicago-based Lexington Homes has opened two decorated models at Parkside of Glenview, a new community of 29 single-family homes in north-suburban Glenview, Ill. All homes at the maintenance-free community include first-floor primary suites.
The maintenance-free community, located near the intersection of Willow and Landwehr roads, offers four floor plans, including three designs with a two-story layout and one ranch plan. Each home offers a choice of exterior architectural styles, including Craftsman, European, Farmhouse and Shingle.
